- Which of the six service lines are in scope, if you already know.
- Any deadlines, occupancy constraints or phasing requirements.
- Drawings or existing system lists if you have them.
Three questions we hear most
For anything beyond a small tenant improvement we strongly prefer a short walk of the site before quoting, because riser space, pathway access and existing door hardware change the numbers more than almost anything else. A forty minute review regularly saves several change orders later. If a walk is impossible, we will quote from drawings and mark the assumptions clearly so you know where the risk sits.
Yes. Most of our work happens in occupied facilities, so phasing is part of the design from the first day. We plan noisy or disruptive work around your schedule, protect finished surfaces, and keep temporary pathways clean at the end of every shift. Ceiling and containment work is typically scheduled outside core hours where that is the least disruptive option.
Each of the six lines can stand alone, and we will happily quote a single discipline when that is what the project needs. That said, the strongest outcomes come from combining the lines that depend on each other, such as cabling with networking, or access control with the documentation package. During the discovery walk we will tell you honestly which combination fits your building and budget.
